Likud or ליכוד quiere decir literalmente consolidación. Es un partido de derechas moderado del estado de Israel.

Se formó en 1973 mediante la fusión del Partido Herut (1948) y el Partido Liberal (1961), que era una fusión de los sionistas generales y los progresistas. Desde fines de la década de 1970 el Likud se ha alternado en el poder con el Partido Laborista de Israel. En general, el partido ha contemplado con escepticismo el proceso de paz israelí-palestino; se ha opuesto a la creación de un estado palestino y ha apoyado la continua colonización judía de los territorios ocupados de Cisjordania y la franja de Gaza.
